Senior Account Manager

The Role:  

  • Manage key regional relationships with global clients, holding regular meetings and reviews, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction 

  • Work with product and commercial leaders internally to build awareness of new products and solutions within our existing client groups 

  • Develop and deliver upon account growth strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth 

  • Build case studies, analyze market trends/data, and prepare compelling presentations to support client discussions 

  • Understand and document client’s products/services, business strategies, priorities and goals 


What you'll need:

  • Progressive prior experience in regional key account management cross-selling and upselling 

  • Prior experience in a SaaS or software development organisation 

  • Demonstrable record of successfully driving YoY growth 

  • Consultative, Presentation, Strategic planning and Negotiation Skills 

  • Experience with technology, processes and APIs of mobile network operators, digital merchants and app stores
